Upon full payment, clients will own the intellectual property rights to custom work created specifically for their project. However, Orisius Technology retains the right to use general methodologies, know-how, and techniques developed during the project for future work.

Limitations

In no event shall Orisius Technology or its suppliers be liable for any damages (including, without limitation, damages for loss of data or profit, or due to business interruption) arising out of the use or inability to use the materials on our website or services, even if authorized representative has been notified orally or in writing of the possibility of such damage.
